After a while, you won't even need these and understanding the best food choices for you and your family will be a breeze.
Here are a few tips on how to use them effectively:
- You can either download these to your smartphone and/or Ipad so you can easily bring them whenever you head to the grocery store.
- There are small recommendations on each one to help you plan appropriate servings or if you're looking to shed some fat.
- These are all items that can be found in any grocery store around the world. If you're a traveler, it's great to have these on hand so you know you're always staying on track.
- Share with friends and family members who struggle with making the best choices when they shop! Show these to your kids so they get familiar with healthy options early on.
- I will always encourage purchasing organic if you can afford it, or at least purchasing products that are on the 'dirty dozens' list.
- Remember the 80/20 rule: 80% from the sheet and 20% whatever you want!
